Radian will cover your baggage fees, airport parking/mileage, and meals while traveling. You will not be able to expense any meals from Tuesday morning to Thursday evening since these meals will be provided for you. Please note that everything should be expensed as you normally would and charged to your individual cost center.

Early March in Key West usually brings mild and pleasant weather. Daytime highs are often in the upper 70s and evenings typically dip into the upper 60s. While occasional showers can happen, this time of year is generally known for plenty of sunshine and comfortable temperatures.

Conference Attire:

• Resort Casual: Think lightweight, breathable fabrics and comfortable footwear. Polo shirts, blouses, button-down shirts, and casual dresses are suitable options. Dress shorts, tailored shorts, and knee-length shorts are appropriate.
• Avoid: Cut-off shorts, flip-flops, and beachwear are not appropriate while in conference sessions.
• Layering: Pack layers to adjust to varying temperatures, especially when indoors with air conditioning or outdoors in the evenings.

Awards Dinner Attire:

• Elevated Resort Wear: We recommend a step above what you wear for the other evenings! What does this mean?
  • Women: Most attendees opt for a dress, a skirt or dressy pants paired with a blouse or a dressy top could also work.  
  • Men: A button-down collared shirt is recommended. Blazer or sports jacket is recommended, but not required. 
• Avoid: Shorts, T-Shirts, Full Suit

Offsite Activity Attire:

• Closed-Toe Shoes: Pack closed-toe shoes that you don't mind getting wet or dirty for offsite activities. 
• Weather-Appropriate Gear: Be prepared for potential rain showers and humidity. A lightweight rain jacket and a hat can be useful.

By following these guidelines, you'll be comfortable and appropriately dressed for both the conference sessions and offsite activities.

There are different capacities for the various activities. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability. 

Yes, you are welcome to arrive early or stay late. The discounted hotel rate will be available 3 days prior to the start of the event, as well as, 3 days post event. If you are planning on extending your trip it is recommended you register early to ensure a better chance of availability.  Radian will only cover your air expense. If you are bringing others they will be responsible for their air and ground transportation costs.
