Booking Travel

All flights must be booked through AllFly. This platform helps us manage group travel, coordinate ground transportation, and cover airfare directly. Please do not book flights independently. Once you are registered for the conference, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to book your flight.

  • Booking deadline: Friday, February 27, 2026
  • Arrival airport: Key West International Airport (EYW)
  • Arrival date: by 2:30pm on Tuesday, March 3rd. If you cannot arrive by then, it is fine to arrive the day prior. 
  • Departure date: Friday, March 6

After booking, AllFly will send your flight confirmation directly to the email address you provided.

Important:
There are date, time, and cost parameters set for this event. If your selected flight exceeds any of these limits, it will be flagged and sent to our team for case-by-case approval. You’ll be notified if further action is needed.

Extending your stay?

Arrivals

We recommend attendees fly directly into Key West International Airport (EYW) for the most convenient travel experience. Key West has direct flights from 24 airports across 15 states, operated by American, Delta, United, JetBlue, Silver Airways, Allegiant, and Breeze Airlines. We are asking all employees to arrive by 2:30pm on Tuesday, March 3rd. If you cannot arrive by then, it is fine to arrive the day prior. 

Ground transportation will be provided for all employees who travel on the program dates. Additional details will be shared as we get closer to the event. 


Departures

Return flights can be booked at any time on Friday, March 6th. Departures will take place in the main lobby of the Casa Marina Key West, Curio Collection by Hilton. Pickup for your departure will be located in the main lobby. Please meet your driver at the scheduled departure time. As a general rule, transportation to the airport should depart 2-3 hours prior to flight departure time. Upon arrival at the Key West International Airport (EYW), proceed directly to your airline’s check-in counter.
