We’re thrilled to have you on board and can’t wait to kick off this exciting journey together! To help you start strong, we've prepared a few pre-work tasks to complete before attending the New Hire Experience. These activities will introduce you to Radian’s culture, tools, and team—and ensure you’re ready to hit the ground running.

📅 Due Friday, September 26, 2025

1. Emergenetics: Understand Your Thinking & Behavioral Preferences: Discover how you and others approach work and communication through Emergenetics.

   • Step 1: Emergenetics Questionnaire  Complete the 100-question Emergenetics assessment (approx. 20 minutes).
     ⚠️ Must be completed in one sitting. Control Code: jwhdac 

   • Step 2: Fundamentals eLearning Log into the Emergenetics+ portal using the credentials you created in Step 1. The eLearning module takes about 45 minutes and can be paused and resumed.

   • Step 3: Download Your Profile After completing the eLearning, download your personalized Profile and Narrative Report via the "My Reports" button in the "My Profile" section. 📄 No need to print—just save it for reference.

     • 🔍 Already completed Emergenetics at Radian? Please do not retake the assessment. Emergenetics account and review your profile by Friday, September 26th.

2. Digital Yearbook: Share Your Story: Submit a short bio, a few photos, and fun facts using this form here. The Digital Yearbook is shared with fellow new hires and Radian’s CEO and Executive Committee ahead of your welcome lunch, helping them get to know you before your first interaction.

3. Radian ID Badge Request: In accordance with Radian's security protocols, you need an active ID badge to move throughout our office. To access the Wayne, PA office, you’ll need an active ID badge.

   • Submit a Service Now Ticket  requesting access to the Wayne office.

   • Upon arrival, a team member will meet you in the lobby to hand you your badge (if not already received) and guide you to the 3rd floor and Market Street Center for sessions and breakfast.
