This includes completing the Emergenetics questionnaire and learning, submitting your information for our Digital Yearbook, and finishing the intro to Compensation and Discovering Radian courses. Complete the Emergenetics Questionnaire a 100 question assessment which takes about 20 minutes to complete. Please note: this must be done in one sitting. Use control code: temchf

The Fundamentals eLearning is 45 minutes by logging Into the Emergenetics+ portal using the credentials you entered when completing the questionnaire in step #1. Start and stop as needed.

Once you've completed the eLearning, download your personalized Profile and Narrative Report via the "My Reports" button available in the "My Profile" section of your Emergenetics+ dashboard. You do not need to print this documentation.

- Digital Yearbook: Help your fellow new hires learn a bit more about you via our Digital Yearbook. Use this form to submit a short biography paragraph, a few photos, and share some fun facts about you. The digital yearbook wills be available for all participants to view before the In-Person New Hire Experience.
- Radian ID Badges: In accordance with Radian's security protocols, you need an active ID badge to move throughout our office. Please request an ID badge via Service Now Ticket -note that you require access to the Wayne. PA office when completing your ticket.
- Upon arrival at the office, a team member will meet you in the lobby to hand you the badge (if you don't have it already) and direct you to the 3rd floor and then to the Market Street Genter for our sessions and our breakfast spread.
