Everyone is expected to fly into Philadelphia (PHL International Airport). All attendees are encouraged to arrive by Monday, March 17th if coming from out of town.
Departures can be booked any time after 7pm on Thursday, March 19th as we will be ending at 4:15 PM on this day.
If you are extending your trip, do not book air travel until you have received confirmation from the Events team that your hotel room has been secured for the additional nights.
To assist in managing group air travel for the event we will be utilizing the travel tool, AllFly. Everyone is expected to book through this tool and the link will also be provided in your email confirmation. By utilizing this tool, we can easily monitor flights, manage ground transportation, and cover costs for all tickets. After signing up for your AllFly account you can access the site at here.

During the registration process, you provided your hotel request. We have used this information to complete your hotel registration. You will receive a confirmation code and further details via email.
How should I manage ground transportation?
To provide you with as much flexibility as possible, all attendees are welcome to use Radian's Corporate Uber account to support your commute to/from airport(s) and any other local travel. You will receive communication regarding how to register for your account at date prior to the event. Please review these instructions and set up the connection to your account in advance of traveling. The voucher will be active before and after the event to fully support your travel needs, from 4:30am ET on Monday, March 17th through 11:59pm ET on Thursday, March 20th.
