My flight arrives early/leaves late. Can I work in the office?
Yes, you are more than welcome to work in the office before or after our meeting but will need to book a desk ahead of time. Please do so via Cadapult. Follow the step-by-step guide on how to reserve a seat.
What is the dress code for the event?
Radian's dress code is business casual. Jeans are acceptable. Please note the office can sometimes be a bit cold and you may want to bring a sweater or jacket to be comfortable. Be sure to check the weather in advance.

The 2025 Culture Summit is designed to offer you and other culture advocates at Radian the valuable exposure and learning opportunities needed to help you continue making a positive impact.
Having said that…work comes first! Make sure your manager is aware of your invitation and is supportive of your participation before you commit to the event.

- In person at the Wayne, PA office, Wednesday, November, 5, 2025.
- General sessions for all attendees for the one day.
