Parking Information

Parking is available at The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia. When you arrive, please tell the valet you are with Radian.

Attire

This meeting will be casual dress attire (e.g., jeans acceptable). The Annual Stockholders Meeting will be conducted virtually without video conferencing, so no special attire is required.

Food

Breakfast and lunch will be available adjacent to the Conference Room in addition to various snacks and coffee, etc.  Given the 1 pm start time on Tuesday, lunch will be provided before the meeting. 

Tuesday evening’s Board-only dinner will take place at Aqimero (located in the Ritz-Carlton), and the Wednesday evening Board and Management dinner will take place at Estia from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm, located at 1405 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102.

In‑room dining is available for any additional needs you may have during the meeting.

Working Onsite

Meeting Spaces. All meetings will take place in the Plaza Ballroom, located on the 3rd Level. The Plaza Foyer, which is next to the Plaza Ballroom, will be set aside for meals and available for director gatherings.

Onsite Support. Barbara Bennett and Marion Dalrymple will be onsite and available to assist with any questions or concerns that arise. Once onsite, you should feel free to contact Barbara at 609-790-5104 and Marion at 267-207-6212 if you have any questions or need any onsite assistance.
