Why do we need this conference?
As a mid-level leader, you are incredibly important to our organization. You directly guide our line-level team members and frequently walk the line between strategic and hands-on work each day. The Level Up Conference seeks to provide you and other leaders in similar level roles with the exposure and learning you need to continue thriving.
What is the purpose of this conference?
- Develop critical front-line and mid-level leadership skills.
- Develop a strong leader bench for future, higher-level leaders.
- Connect, network, and build relationships with the ~40 leaders in attendance.
- Build community and culture – and have a little fun!
What is the structure of this conference?
- In person at the Wayne, PA office, Tuesday, October 1 – Thursday October 3 (2 ½ days)
- General sessions for all attendees each day
- Elective, concurrent sessions based on individual needs and interest
- One scheduled evening activity
What topics will be covered?
Feedback from the March 2024 Learning Needs Assessment survey was the primary driver in topic selection. The current agenda provides some insight into the conference. Please bookmark this website and check back for current updates.
What if I can't attend this October?
We have plans to offer additional Level Up Conferences in 2025. Exact dates will be announced at a later date.
