How will I get to and from the airport?
This will be the responsibility of the attendee. Please let us know if you will have a car and need to park while you are here.
What is the hotel rate and which days is the rate available?
The hotel has reserved a block of rooms at the discounted rate of $499/night + $20/night resort fee for Monday, March 23 and Tuesday, March 24. Additional dates at this rate will be offered based on availability but is not guaranteed. Contact us with any questions. Reserve your room today.
Can I snowboard instead?
Yes, we will be able to accommodate skiers at both Deer Valley or Park City and snowboarders at Park City Mountain Resort.
Will you provide ski and snowboard equipment rentals?
Yes, we will cover the rentals which can include ski/snowboard equipment, boots, helmet & goggles. The option to secure rentals will be made available during the Welcome Reception and then kept in lockers until needed.
Do I need to bring my own clothing if I ski or snowboard?
Yes, applicable clothing, including gloves, coat, hat, pants, socks, etc. will all be the responsibility of the attendee.
Will there be an alternative activity available if I do not wish to ski or snowboard?
Yes, we will offer alternative activities. Please indicate within your registration and we will reach out individually.
What will the weather be like?
Average temperatures will be between 35-55 degrees with snowfall expected.
